Stephen Ministry in St. John's consist of men and women who are available to help people facing life’s challenges by providing confidential, one-to-one Christian care.

To become a Stephen Minister each person must undergo thorough training to learn how to extend the proper care to the individual needs at hand. This ministry is vital to our life as God's people, because we realize that suffering, just like celebration, is never something to go through alone. As God's people, we are one Body, and Stephen Ministry is one of the many ways we extend loving care to one another, just as Christ extends his love to us.
