The Choir of Junior and Senior Girls was established in 1980, to give girls the same opportunities as the boys to sing in church. Their repertoire is based upon the same English Cathedral style as the boys.

The girls sing the 11.15 Rite 1 service on Sunday morning, with a reduced number of men, or Men's Ensemble. The girls rehearse on Monday mornings before school, from 7.30 - 8.15, and with the Men's Ensemble on a Wednesday evening from 5.15 - 7pm, as well as prior to services.

The Choristers sing also for weddings, memorial services, and concerts, and visit other churches for concerts and services. Recordings of the choirs have been made over the years to raise awareness of the choir, and funds for the music program. In addition to guest appearances throughout Florida, the choir has journeyed as far north as New York, as well as undertaking foreign tours to the UK and France. A tour to England in the summer of '08 is planned.
