Liturgy is the work of the people. It is the word we use to describe the labor involved in gathering together to God's people, confessing sin and proclaiming faith, communing with God's people at God's table, and going forth into the world to live as exemplars of faith.
We are all, therefore, involved in various "liturgies" within the one liturgy. Some are Acolytes, members of the Altar Guild, Wedding Guild, Funeral Guild, Lay Readers, Lay Eucharistic Visitors, who help us to engage more fully in the worship of the triune God. But whether you are participating in one of these specific forms of liturgical ministry or not, we all are called to labor - to work diligently to praise God in a manner befitting his glory. We hope you will labor with us, and join in the chorus of angels and archangels who forever sing God's praises.
