Adult Sunday School in St. John's is lay led, and is designed to provide adults with further means of conversation and investigation as what to what the call of Christ means for us.We have three classes that meet each week, The Forum, The Lectionary Class, and The Fathers. All classes meet during the Christian Education hour from 10:15 a.m. - 11:05 a.m. on Sundays, except when there is a guest lecture.

The Forum is a class that engages in conversation on contemporary issues and how the church is to remain faithful in the midst of those concerns. This class meets in the Lower School Library - located in the upstairs of the parish offices.

The Lectionary Class discusses a passage each week gathered from the scripture readings for that particular Sunday. This is a means of further engaging the scriptures we hear each week in the service. This class meets in the Lowry Room.

The Fathers Ministry discusses a variety of topics related to what it means to be a Christian Father and Husband. They hold each other accountable and work to discern how they can be faithful in a faithless age. This class meets in Room 208, upstairs in the parish offices.

For more information about any of our Sunday School offerings, please contact Billy Daniel, Director of Christian Education.
