Parish Breakfast a Sumptous Success - Lee Lowry

Dave Kenyon and his kitchen team were assisted by the children and youth for one of our best Parish Breakfasts yet!

Granola pancakes, apple crisp and baked ham, as well as fruit smoothies, cereal and the ever-popular Krispy Kreme donuts were the delicious fare as the kids served food, helped as cashiers, bussed tables and did dishes.

Many parish members attended and enjoyed food and fellowship between the 9:00 and 11:15 services. A large crew also was on hand to help assemble sandwiches for Faith Café through our Sandwich Sunday ministry. The homemade "gorp" trail mix, assembled by the youth and children, was a healthy addition to the lunch bags for the hungry folks at the Café.
